  • Store Pickup: Customers can opt for in-store pickup from our physical store located at Vasundhara Sector 12, Ghaziabad, during business hours.

  • Delivery Locations: We ship our products to all locations across India. Delivery to international addresses is not currently available, but we are working to expand our services.

Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will process the order for dispatch within 1-2 business days.

  • Business Days: Our processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Customization/Personalized Products: If you have ordered a personalized gift item, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for customization before shipping.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery: We use reliable delivery partners for shipping our products. Shipping methods will depend on the delivery location and the size/weight of the product.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India for purchases above a certain amount. (This limit may vary, please refer to the checkout page for details.)

  • Shipping Charges: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping charge will apply, which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your shipment through our courier partner's website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Damaged/Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact details.

  • Product Availability: In the rare event that an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for that item.

  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, special delivery arrangements may apply. Please contact our customer service team in advance for assistance.

Failed Deliveries

In case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the item.

  • The delivery address is incorrect.

  • The customer refuses the delivery.

We will try to contact you to arrange for a re-delivery. However, if we are unable to reach you or make a successful delivery after multiple attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order at our discretion.

Gift Wrapping

We offer complimentary gift wrapping for selected items, such as personalized gifts, home decor, and special occasion items. You can choose to add gift wrapping at the checkout page.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand our shipping services to international locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our website.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If there are any issues with your order during shipping (such as receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, or incomplete orders), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a return or exchange based on the condition of the product and the circumstances.
