At the Time of Delivery
If you are dissatisfied with any product(s) at the time of delivery for any reason, you are welcome to reject the delivery. The delivery person will return the goods that you do not accept.-
In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued within one week of purchase.

Please check the expiration date or the condition of the products at the time of delivery. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products after delivery if they are damaged or defective beyond the acceptable return conditions.

Gifting Items: Refunds for gifting items (e.g., personalized gifts, seasonal decor) will be accepted within one month from the purchase date, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Home Decor Items: Refunds for home decor items (e.g., vases, photo frames, lighting) will be accepted within one month from purchase, provided the items are unused, in the original packaging, and undamaged.

Electronics: For electronic items (e.g., gadgets, home appliances), returns are accepted only if the item is in unused, unopened condition. If the product is faulty or defective, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and original receipts.

If you face a situation where you have a valid reason for returning the product(s) after the time limit has passed, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order up to the cut-off time for the selected delivery slot by calling our customer service team. In this case, we will refund any payments already made for the canceled order.

If the customer has fully consumed or used the product (e.g., personalized gifts, home decor items that have been assembled or displayed, or electronics that have been plugged in or used).

If the customer has failed to follow the usage, handling, and storage instructions provided on the product packaging, leading to product deterioration or damage.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as a store credit (depending on the payment method used).

Refunds for rejected deliveries will be issued within one week from the date of purchase.
